Summary: Agents recorded as seeing the assassin Ivanna Sukyoff in person are rare, which is a tribute to her resourcefulness. As a rogue operator & a woman, Ivanna uses her sexuality as a dangerous tool, gaining access to high ranking officials, policy leaders, etc. After doing so, it is common for her to execute them and collect bounties from the highest bidder. Sukyoff appears to prefer to kill by hand versus bladed tool or firearms (it is presumed by our psych department that she occasionally brings herself to orgasm during each hand to hand kill, this theory was confirmed later with forensic fluid evidence). Eluding capture and continuing to ply her deadly trade make her an asset to any government willing to pay. She is to be considered armed and dangerous always.
